A useful report usually includes the app name, app version or build number, your device model, your iOS or iPadOS version, and a short description of what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Include screenshots if they help explain the problem.
- For VTuber Manager account issues, mention whether you used Sign in with Apple.
- For purchase issues, include the app name and describe which item or purchase failed to appear.
Do not send passwords, Apple verification codes, or payment-card details.
