Information we collect
VTuber Manager uses Sign in with Apple. To operate your account, Coyne Studios may receive and store the Apple account identifier provided for your app account and, if made available through Sign in with Apple, your relay email address or other account contact details.
The app may also store gameplay and account data needed to operate the game, such as studio progress, inventory or currency balances, and account settings.
In-app purchases
VTuber Manager offers in-app purchases for in-game currency. Apple processes payment information directly. Coyne Studios may receive and store purchase-related information that is necessary to deliver purchased items, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records.
How we use information
The limited information associated with your account is used to authenticate your sign-in, maintain your game progress, provide purchased content, operate the app, respond to support requests, and protect the security and integrity of the service.
Advertising, analytics, and tracking
VTuber Manager does not use third-party advertising SDKs and is not intended to track you across apps or websites for targeted advertising.
Account deletion
If the app provides an in-app deletion option, you may use that feature to request deletion of the account and mutable game data associated with it. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for transaction integrity, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or similar operational purposes.
If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow, contact support for assistance.
Support emails
If you contact support, Coyne Studios receives the contents of your message and any information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and a description of the problem. Support communications are used only to provide support and related follow-up.
Security and retention
Coyne Studios uses reasonable measures to protect the limited information used to operate the app. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining the account, supporting purchases, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or operational requirements.
Children
VTuber Manager is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children except as necessary to operate the app when used by an account holder.
